CrossFit LITE classes are coach led, fast-paced workouts using scaled down weights and bodyweight movements.
These classes include a bit of weight training, high intensity interval training (HIIT), and metabolic conditioning work.
If you've completed Foundations and still don't feel ready for regular CrossFit classes, this class is the perfect fit.
We will have more time for technique and the focus will be on bodyweight movements.
