I HATED the gym. It was a place were I tried to avoid eye contact with gym 'bros' and suffer for an hour on the treadmill before leaving feeling drained and worse then when I had started. I was a performer, so image was everything, I had to workout to stay fit even tough it felt like torture. Because of this, I struggled with loving my body and self confidence for a long time.
Barre was the first fitness I had ever tried when I was working in Las Vegas back in 2016 and 6 months later, I was teaching it. From there I moved back to NYC and trained in HIIT, TRX, Kettlebells, Animal Flow L1 and Women's Strength Training while also getting my Personal Training Certification through the prestigious National Academy of Sports Medicine, but Barre forever is my home and my heart.

Booty call is a 30 minute virtual mat class with an emphasis on glutes, legs, arms and abs.

We'll hit it and quit it with this one, leaving you shaking and smiling after!
This class is open to all levels.
You'll need a yoga mat, light weights and resistance bands if you have them, however all props are optional!
We will be working on mindset throughout the class to be a more confident and strong person inside an out.
