Jennifer is the winner of the most recent Fat Loss Challenge. Jennifer lost an amazing 22 pounds in a short 100 days! Jennifer is happy to be sporting jeans that are several size smaller, and she is thrilled to be much stronger and she has a lot more stamina to chase around her two little kids! Awesome job Jennifer! Laura was the official winner of the 21 day Challenge!
Laura worked hard and followed the meal plan throughout the challenge! She lost 10 pounds and 2 1/2 inches off her waist! Laura said that having a food plan to follow was a big plus, and she has fallen in love with Kettlebell Training! Laura is going to continue working with me at Smaller Size Fitness to help her reach all her fitness and nutrition goals.
Way to go Laura! Though exercise was already a habit of mine, I was struggling to see the results I wanted both in my body shape and on the scale. I started working with Karilee and she immediately switched up my workouts and revamped my nutritional plan. I was initially fearful that adding weigh training would bulk me up, but the combination of ramping up my metabolism with challenging workouts and bringing a greater conscious to providing better fuel my body needed, I was able to see improvements almost immediately!
