At Artis, we provide fitness and nutrition coaching for all levels of fitness, all ages, and all backgrounds. We have options for group classes and personal training. She is CFL1, USAWL1, and a Certified Eleiko Strength Coach. Jen used to run marathons and triathlons before finding CrossFit in 2009, and has since become a competitive weighlifter, competing as a Masters World Team member in 2016. She has a BS in Political Science, is pursuing a graduate degree in Gender and Women's Studies, and her favorite hobby is smashing the patriarchy.
