We don't put together "cookie-cutter" workout programs where everyone does the same workout for the sake of convenience. I want to help you achieve YOUR personal goals through an individualized program tailored to meet your needs. This is done through the C.H.A.O.S. training principle. If you have the desire and are willing to make the commitment to attack your training with the success of your specific goal in mind, then Pillars of Fitness is where your desire becomes a plan for success.

At the Pillars of Fitness we will determine which training will provide the greatest results for reaching your goal. After that, a Periodization Training approach will be developed to minimize training plateaus while seeking out new challenges to crush!

I am a Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) through the National Strength & Conditioning Association (NSCA) and a Certified Personal Trainer, Corrective Exercise Specialist, and Performance Enhancement Specialist through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) with over 25 years of actual experience.
I was in charge of fitness for 5 separate commands while serving my 20+ years of Active Duty in the U.S. Navy.
After sustaining a leg and back injury back in 2002, I was unable to exercise and had a tough fight with depression and poor eating choices.
