Within a historical building, in the heart of The Chosen Valley, Studio 223 is a health and wellness center that offers group fitness. At Studio 223, we are a passionate group of people who love life. We share a love for the active lifestyle, and the restoration it brings to our body, mind and spirit. Our purpose is to share our passion for health, to motivate/challenge/inspire, and to teach oneself to simply slow down and live in the moment.

Jennifer believes that people are what bring an experience to the next level, which is why she has always been impressed with the invigorating sense of community at 223.
She's thrilled to not only be a part of the community, but also a member of the 223 team.
Jennifer grew up in the Twin Cities where she started her yoga journey almost 20 years ago.
Jennifer was teaching yoga in the Twin Cities, but recently relocated to Chatfield and took a break from teaching.
This break helped her realize the passion she has for yoga, more specifically she realized how much she appreciates the benefits yoga can bring to everyone - everyone can gain from yoga.
Living an active lifestyle has always been important to me.
I grew up playing sports, became a runner in my college years, and enjoy participating in various outdoor activities with my family.
In addition to teaching part-time for the Rochester Public Schools, I am now embarking on a new chapter.
Because I enjoy the camaraderie of working out with others as they inspire and challenge me, I am excited to open the doors to a place in which I hope fosters a sense of community, while also building and maintaining health and wellness for all.
TRX is a form of suspension training that uses body weight exercises to develop strength, balance, flexibility and core stability simultaneously.
It requires the use of the TRX Suspension Trainer, a performance training tool that leverages gravity and the user's body weight to complete the exercises.
This all-levels Vinyasa (meaning breath is linked to movement) series will help you build strength, increase flexibility, and find focus.
Practiced in a heated room, set to music, you will learn fundamental yoga postures and principles that will leave you feeling rejuvenated.
You have the option to purchase an Adult, Student or Senior Membership, as well as a Drop-In Class.
