I had an incredible summer with DHCF. It was my first introduction to Crossfit, and prepared me in training for the VT Spartan Beast (15-mile obstacle course around Mt. Killington). In three months, I learned how to lift, how to do a proper push-up, and climb the rope. I crushed the Beast! Can't recommend these guys enough. I never had the motivation to go to the gym.
I dreaded putting in 2 hours, 3 times a week and never had fun. When I joined Crossfit I never imagined the amount of fun I would have and friends I would make. Rope climbs, handstands, and even getting my first pull-up in! The coaches at Diamond Hill CrossFit care about your well being and will get you into the shape you want to be in! DHCF has a great community atmosphere and the workouts are challenging but never boring.
Keith and Beth are always ready and willing to provide help and advice to meet your fitness goals! Joining DHCF was the best decision I have ever made. Since September I have lost 25lbs and I would never have done that without the help of the DHCF coaches.
