Step Two; Schedule an assessment.
Most new members must go through this one-on-one with a coach.
Exceptions are made for those with ample training experience, or at least are given a choice to review basic weightlifting technique & mechanics.
New members with little to no experience MUST complete the assessment for their own benefit.
This introductory assessment is a separate $75 fee, and scheduled at a time that works best for you, and the coach you'll be working with.

As a team of coaches, we work closely with our community to provide an example of the fundamentals for a healthy lifestyle.
We want our members to understand that this a process, a sustainable & progressive program.
The outcome is a bi-product of a consistent process, but not the primary focus.
Developing a passion for that process is crucial to each member's adherence to the program, their progress, and the outcome.
Many often think they need to get "in shape" before they start this type of training.
As a team of coaches, we work closely with our community to provide an example of the fundamentals for a healthy lifestyle.

Following the initial assessment & introductory fundamentals sessions that ALL new, inexperienced members must complete, the monthly membership pricing varies based on training frequency, and ranges from $100-165/ month for our group class memberships.
We also have options for personalized programming, as well as personal training.

The overall goal with what we have designed is teach the value of health and fitness through a fun and interactive process.
Classes are designed to make fitness and the act of improving it, fun!
We believe that if these values are learned at a young age, children/ teens will grow to live a much healthier and fulfilling life.
Much of what children are taught as far as fitness goes is NOT necessarily how to deadlift or bench press, but how to move safely.
