I am in my fifties now and most of my clients are in the 40-70 age range. If you are over 40 and looking for a trainer, you absolutely need to get one that understands that we need to train differently. Getting older is inevitable but feeling older is a choice. I know what it is like to be unhappy with your body and how it affects your self-esteem.

You may be reading this thinking you are too old/out of shape/ injured to ever be "normal" again. But it isn't true. I have been training clients in the privacy and comfort of their homes for over 15 years now. Working with Michael has been absolutely terrific! Michael works with several of us simultaneously and is able to contour the workouts to our varying degrees of strength and flexibility.

His training techniques and professionalism make the workout sessions alot of fun but very intense. I actually now really look forward to our workout sessions and training with Michael. I worked with Michael for a little over two years and was very happy with the results we achieved.
Services
These are the years where you either decide to become an old fart or you fight for the right to have a little fun on the weekends.
I am doing stuff I never dreamed I would do twenty years ago.
Trust me, I am not a gifted athlete but I do know how to work smart and work hard.
I grew up tall, gangly and weak.
Having asthma, I spent a good part of my life sitting on the sidelines watching everyone else do sports.
Yes, I got pushed around in school and had low self-esteem.
At age 15 I was a freshman in high school and couldn't do a push-up or run a lap around the track.
Let's be honest, having me come over is a lot easier than you finding the time and motivation to go to a crowded, noisy gym.
When I first started doing this 15 years ago, in home training wasn't something people thought about.
Now everybody is getting everything delivered to their home so why not fitness?
I am a complete trainer.
We work on your body and mind to make sure you get the most out of every session.
Getting rid of pain, tightness and joint issues will always take priority.
Trust me on this.
You should consult your physician or other health care professional before starting this or any other fitness program to determine if it is right for your needs.
This is particularly true if you (or your family) have a history of high blood pressure or heart disease, or if you have ever experienced chest pain when exercising or have experienced chest pain in the past month when not engaged in physical activity, smoke, have high cholesterol, are obese, or have a bone or joint problem that could be made worse by a change in physical activity.
People, myself included, have spent thousands of dollars on fitness.
Whether it is the newest diet, nutrition craze, gyms or workouts, there is an endless stream of products to give us what we desire.
If I sat you down and had you list out the foods you should eat and the foods you should avoid, I bet you would do even better.
This is where you may get a little put off by my program.
No one likes to think they aren't in control of what they do or what they think.
So let me be the first to say I struggle with this and even though I have made great strides, it is still an issue and it will always be.
What are you going to do this month that is really cool?
You weren't planning on doing anything cool or noteworthy?
Well, I am glad you are reading this because your big idea will drive your lifestyle for the month.
Just to give you a heads up, , as a member of M Factor Fitness, you will be receiving an email every month asking you what your Big Idea of the month is.
The cool thing is that you can do something different every month or make it part of a quarterly or yearly goal.
This may be your goal but are you excited about it?
