Services
Small Group Training is a cost affordable way to share personal training with friends or others who want to work with a trainer.
Sessions are 30-40 minutes long.
The total cost per session is $40 for 3-4 members, the group can be larger, but the cost is $10 additional per participant.
If someone doesn't have friends to work with we can help put a group together.
The awesome feature of Small Group Training is that participants can choose the workout, weights, kettle bells, trx, indoor cycling, pilates, etc. (See below for the full list).

There is no daycare attendant, so it is always available.
There is a half door you can close to keep the little ones in if you need to.
The room is centrally located in the gym so you can always check on them easily.
Come in anytime during staffed hours to take a look at our facility, we'll be glad to show you around.
You have to become a member, then everything is free except certain classes still have charges.
