Our purpose is to develop happy, healthy, confident children in a positive, safe and fun environment. We are Northwest Arkansas's first and most complete Dance and Gymnastics Center. We offer a progressive year-round program for all levels and abilities on all the Olympic Gymnastic Events as well as in Tumbling and Dance. Our gym offers 9 competitive levels in the USAG Jr. Olympic programs.

Levels 2-5 are compulsory levels that require all competitors to perform the same routine within their level. Levels 6-10 are optional levels in which gymnasts perform routines based of difficulty, execution and composition. Invitation to team is by coach recommendation. Gymnasts must meet age and skill requirements for each level. Our recreational gymnastics classes, offered in a fun yet structured environment focus on the fundamental principles of learning gymnastics skills.

Our classes include training on vault, bars, beam, trampoline, and floor. Our friendly, well-trained instructors will help build your child's confidence, strength, coordination, and flexibility!
