Dustin is the Owner and Head Personal Trainer for Precision Fitness.
He has been involved in the fitness world for over eleven years.
He began training prior to going to Northeastern State University, where he received a bachelor's degree in Finance.
After he graduated and began work in the corporate setting, Dustin lost focus on health and wellness which in turn caused him to gain 40+ pounds.
He realized he not only needed to change his habits, but that he also couldn't imagine not helping others to do the same.
Precision Fitness Group Personal Training features 35-minute express metabolic workouts for busy people.
A Metabolic Workout features a total body workout that employs high-intensity work periods with short rest periods in an alternating set or circuit format that combines the muscle-building benefits of resistance training with the fat-burning benefits of interval training.
Get you into the best shape of your life with only three 30-minute express workouts per week.
Precision Fitness offers 35-minute express workouts for busy professionals that run Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday.
Bentonville Session Times: Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at 5:10 am, 6:00 am, 8:15 am, OR 11:30 am AND we also run at 4:45 pm, 5:40 pm & 6:30 pm sessions on Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday.
Arrival Time: Each coach will arrive on location and open the doors 15 minutes before the official start of the workout.
Clients can use this time to go through their own personal improvement routine.
