We're not like your common gym. Founded in 2019 by the owner of Apex Personal Training, The Gym MPLS is a specialized Twin Cities training co-op for independent personal trainers to coach and instruct their clients. As a 7000 sq. We are a training-first facility. This is a place for personal trainers to grow their business, and we mean it. We're the only gym in the Twin Cities that also provides marketing tools on top of gym space, including professional photography and videography.

Achieve your fitness goals and stay strong for life with us. Joel Eshelman has been helping change lives through fitness for over a decade. Upon graduation, he has furthered his knowledge earning multiple certifications.

Through his unique background, he brings a simple no-nonsense approach to his training style. His training philosophy is to keep things simple, effective and safe for his clients whether they are trying to lose weight or they are training for their upcoming season.

Welcome to one of the most intuitive customizable app-based fitness programs ever created.
Apex Anywhere workouts are based on a survey that asks you key questions before delivering you a fully personalized workout.
It begins with a long-term data intake survey, which you complete on the app as part of your registration.
This survey goes through your health and fitness goals and history of health issues or injuries.
Then prior to each workout, you will complete a smaller survey that will ask you questions about your current situation, like mobility restrictions, equipment available, amount of time you have, motivation, mood, and more.
