We have Wuk n Wine for our Soca lovers, Zumba and Twerk Tuesday! Strength & Toning Classes: Focused training on tightening and toning the body while burning calories and shedding fat through weight lifting. We offer a variety of memberships & packages so that you can choose the best option that fits you and your lifestyle!
