Dr. Gail Stevens opened Chiropractic Health Center, in Mineola, in 1995. In addition to Chiropractic services, Chiropractic Health Center offers massage therapy, acupuncture, graston therapy, cupping, and custom orthotics. In December of 2003, additional space became available in the same building and, Dr. Stevens' and her sister, Debbie Krzyminski, opened Fitness Figures, hoping to make healthy living a part of their client's lives.
In addition to a 30-minute circuit, Fitness Figures offers personal training and classes such as Yoga, Pilates, TRX, Zumba, Stretch, Body Conditioning, and Core Strength. An aim of Fitness Figures is to provide an environment where everyone is working toward the common goal of getting healthy. In 2009, Dr. Ronald Stevens, a board certified cardiologist, joined his sisters and Advanced Cardiology was born.
In addition to Cardiology, other services include a drug rehab referral program. The three siblings have been working on creating a Comprehensive Wellness Center to address all the health needs of their patients and clients.
