SWEAT is a fun and energetic fitness boutique where every class helps you Work. Play. Get Fit. SWEAT offers over 25 instructor-led group exercise classes each week. Weekly classes include Yoga, Barre, Piloxing, POUND, SWEAT CAMP, plus many more! No matter what class you come to, be ready for a fun and energetic hour in a friendly atmosphere. Here, we all have one goal: Work, Play, and Get Fit.

Education: B.A. in Biology and Secondary Education with a minor in Chemistry from Benedictine College.
Education: 200 RYT with the Yoga Alliance and 200 CYT (2013) Yoga School of Therapeutics Overland Park, KS.
Education: I have a B.S. in Political Science and then attended culinary school in Seattle.
A non-stop cardio fusion of standing pilates, boxing and dance that will push you past your limits to build lean muscles and increase your stamina!
This class can be done with weighted Piloxing gloves (available at the studio) or without.

Spice up your body, burn fat and sculpt curves while learning the Zumba moves from salsa to meringue to swing.
The music is set to high-energy Latin and international beats.
No dance experience required!
This workout includes challenging total-body strength circuits using the TRX straps mixed with weights and cardio in both aerobic and anaerobic training zones.
If you have registered and signed up online, you will have filled out everything needed to get started.
If not, please arrive 5-10 minutes early to fill out a small amount of paperwork.
Beyond that, you can expect to get right to work.
You will be sweating inside of 10 minutes!
Everyone is welcome at SWEAT, whether you are just getting started or you are a seasoned workout veteran looking to take it up a notch.
We don't care if you have two left feet!
