Personal Training is for everyone at any age or fitness level. Whether you're interested in one on one, small, or large group sessions, my job is to accommodate your fitness and nutritional needs. In the comfort of your own Private Personal Training Studio. No interruptions, it will be your trainer Stephanie and yourself to focus on. Training with me you will receive nutritional guidance, bodyfat and measurements taken monthly.
This will help us track your monthly progress. Plus, you will keep a food diary weekly to monitor your food intake. Which we will review every week together. Results will happen with consistency and discipline. You will feel the changes immediately and see the changes within 4 weeks. Teamwork and having an appointment will make the difference in your entire well being.
You will never hear me encourage the use of expensive equipment, miracle products, or unhealthy diet supplements. My methods are based on hard work, dedication, and a positive attitude. As a team we can achieve any goal you will have.
