ELEMENT AQUA is an aquatic fitness experience designed for all levels of aquatic training. At Element Aqua, we believe that working out in the water is the way of the future and we bring this highly beneficial practice to the group fitness arena. Water will sculpt your body with added resistance, challenging every move in every direction. Join one of our classes and experience a new way to train, with less pain and more gain: improved cardio, stronger, leaner muscles, faster recovery.
This is the ultimate full-body workout and the pool is your new training ground. All are welcome to attend our regular aqua classes on the rooftop of the Cynergi building, in the heart of Miami. Or ask us about bringing our aqua training experience to your private pool, condo or club with one of our satellite classes. Water is an extremely versatile element that allows for different levels of intensity, so literally everybody can benefit from an aquatic training routine.
And no, you don't necessarily have to know how to swim: the pool is 4ft deep and your head can always stay above water.

Services
Classes cancelled less than 12 hours in advance will be charged to your account or deducted from your package.
If it's not your first time with us, please plan to arrive at least 5 minutes before class.
We do not allow ANYONE in the pool after the first 5 minutes of class.
We reserve the right to cancel class due to inclement weather up to 1 hour before class time.
You will be notified by email or text and your class reservation will be credited back to your account.
In case of unpredicted inclement weather (thunderstorms, heavy rain, etc) our trainers are instructed to interrupt the class should they feel it is unsafe to remain in the pool.
