Billy's philosophy is Train Like A Pro - people with the best bodies in the world are pro athletes. They take no days off when it comes to taking care of their mind, health and body, they spend time thinking, planning, strategizing and visualizing a game plan for their success when it comes to nutrition, lifting and cardio.

Train like a pro concept was developed by Miami base trainer Billy Riano as a result from his work with professional athletes and his own experience of 18 years networking along different trainers and strength & conditioning coaches in the industry.He has picked up great advice and experience and recognizes the need to develop a system that brings the intensity of pro athletes to the needs and reality of everyday people.

By combining metabolic weight training with High-Intensity Interval Training (H.I.I.T) and proper nutrition guidelines tailored specifically for each individual, results are visible in a short time delivering the looks and feel of a pro athlete. With the demand of females and male clients wanting to look like a pro, lean, muscular and define, that lead me to develop #TLAP concept.

Billy's style seems to be inspired by Yoda's, even though he never yells, he pushes you to make you stronger, fitter and take full advantage of the force.
The option to have individual or group classes is great, and he takes into consideration your any needs and/or restrictions you might have to create a plan tailored for you.
