Aspiring to return to the roots of our original CrossFit family, we built a box based on community and respect. We strive to give back to those who help protect, teach and serve the citizens of Rio Rancho with accessible memberships and first class programming designed to challenge members to reach their prime physical fitness and beyond.

CFRR is such a great community with amazing workouts! I love being able to have a place to go to work off the stresses of the day with great people. I have visited a lot of gyms in town and in other states and none can compare to the quality of the workouts, staff and community. Highly recommend making this your home away from home. CFRR has helped my fitness journey in amazing ways.
