Rachael Goers is the founder and head trainer of SparkFit Health & Fitness, and has been an athlete and fitness devotee for most of her life. Like many others, Rachael has had her own share of health struggles and truly believes our health is our greatest investment. Personal Trainer, Fitness Nutrition Specialist, and as a US Lacrosse Certified Coach (USA Boxing Coach in progress, ) Rachael has years of experience in creating exercise and nutrition programs specific to each client and their goals.
