Top level athletes, including 3X Games athlete Blair Morrison, lead the program at Anywhere Fit. Coaches make and break a gym, Anywhere Fit is built on a solid foundation. Blair played football and studied History at Princeton University before entering the fitness industry in 2005. He has competed in CrossFit at the highest level, qualifying for the 2009, 2010, and 2011 Games as an individual competitor, finishing 7th, 22nd, and 5th, respectively.

AnywhereX "bootcamp" style class is designed to introduce you to the basics gradually while getting your conditioning up to speed.
AnywhereX will include a daily skill session dedicated to teaching you the proper technique for all the fundamental lifts and a bodyweight workout that will build your cardio-respiratory endurance.
Level I is a strength and conditioning program.
Blending gymnastics, weightlifting, and endurance training, it builds general physical preparedness for all of life's challenges.
I came into the box after driving by for several months watching people running and carrying stuff and pushing stuff around the parking lot.
I was 57 years old and close to 250 pounds and would get winded walking up the driveway.
I was noticing people of all age groups doing this stuff.
So one day last August I stopped by and asked Coach Rob "Do you help fat people lose weight?"
Rob said we have all kinds of people with varying levels of fitness and the next class was 6:30 a.m. the next morning.
Our 6,000 sq foot facility is one of the largest training facilities in the greater Sacramento area.

If there's one thing I've learned it's that there is nothing like training out in the open.
Urban environment or rural environment, city street or barren trail.
A general itinerary is all that will be provided until the time of the trip, i.e. dates, locations, and potential activities.
Part of this adventure is not knowing exactly what you will be doing from day to day.
We want you to be surprised and spontaneous.
All activities will be briefed the night before to pack accordingly.
