CJ's Personal Best is an owner/operated fitness center offering individualized training programs based on each client's fitness goals. We are a one-on-one personal training fitness center. We develop customized fitness goals to make each client's fitness dreams a reality. Our fitness center offers programs for everyBODY, all fitness levels, ages, and challenges, whether that be physical or motivational.

Let's face it - life gets in the way of our well-laid plans to work out. We make excuses and unexpected things come up. Whether it is related to work, family or simply lack of motivation, most people who belong to traditional gyms don't realize their fitness goals. Our unique, non-gym approach to fitness is based on customized training plans and one-on-one workout sessions.

We create accountability by scheduling specific appointments to work out each week, similar to setting up a doctor's appointment or a business meeting. Our approach ensures our clients are making progress towards their fitness and wellness goals in a safe and non-intimidating environment.

We get to know each of our client's strengths and weaknesses and overall fitness level so we can tailor a program that is safe and effective.
Being owner/operated means that you will have the same trainers working with you each time you work out.
We want YOU to achieve your fitness goals and will provide the support and consistent training program to make that happen.
Our 2,000 square foot facility in Brick, NJ, has a comfortable, non-intimidating atmosphere.
All personal training appointments are one-on-one and scheduled in advance, so there is never more than 3 people working out at one time.
One of the most beneficial aspects of working with a certified trainer in a one-on-one setting is to prevent injuries.
Reported by the NHIS, there are 8.6 million sports and recreation related injuries in the US annually, in which 34% of injuries occurred within a sports facility.
Every client is different and so are our programs- they are all customized to the client's needs and goals.
Pricing is based on 4 week memberships and fluctuates based on the frequency of your training sessions.
