The Ares 6-week Performance Enhancement Camp consists of 12 Coach instructed sessions at 1-1.5 hours each. Specifically designed for ages 13-17, our program develops skills in an environment of community, accountability, and responsibility. This program teaches teenagers the proper techniques of basic workout movements in order to prevent injury while driving the foundations of strength, speed, accuracy, flexibility and endurance - which translates to improved overall fitness and athleticism.
CrossFit is constantly varied functional movements performed at high intensity. All CrossFit workouts are based on functional movements, and these movements reflect the best aspects of gymnastics, weightlifting, running, rowing and more. CrossFit uses safe, effective, and efficient movements similar to those you use every day in life. The community that spontaneously arises when people do these workouts together is a key component of why CrossFit is so effective.
