Optimum Fitness was founded in 1999 by Patrick and Sherrie Pilege with the vision of providing people in the Omaha community with the tools and motivation they need to succeed at making a total lifestyle improvement.
Since our start-up, Optimum Fitness has grown to include a dynamic team of highly trained and nationally certified personal trainers, physical therapists, nutritionists and wellness consultants.
Each of our trainers has a degree in Exercise Science or a related field of study (several holding Masters degrees) and all are either Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialists or Certified Personal Trainers through the NSCA, the gold standard in fitness accreditation.
Since our start-up, Optimum Fitness has grown to include a dynamic team of highly trained and nationally certified personal trainers, physical therapists, nutritionists and wellness consultants.
