Custom personal training plans combat overuse injuries in masters athletes & older adults. Strength training fixes many ailments facing older adults from osteoporosis to sarcopenia. During your free consultation we review everything you've been through, assess what you are currently capable of, and where you want to go. Work together with our coaches to formulate a plan that will best balance what you want and need to reach your goals safely and efficiently.

I had that last 20 pounds I needed help with losing, but I also have some fairly serious spine issues and I needed the proper training to help with that too. I now feel healthier, younger, and stronger, and in the best shape of my adult life. If you've already had a surgery and have finish rehab but still aren't where you'd like to be, we can get you there.
