I was born and raised in Atlanta, GA, and I moved to Salt Lake City in 1996 and immediately fell in love with the environment in Utah.
A cross country skiiing accident a few years later prompted me to take up spinning classes as part of my physical therapy.
About the same time, a new perspective on health discovered through the C.H.E.K Institute helped me lose almost 30 pounds and acheive a level of health and vitality previously unknown to me.
I am also a Certified Olympic Lifting Coach and a Certified Spinning Instructor, Level II.
