Our mission is to transform our community by providing an unparalleled youth sports experience. Conceptualized in 2009 and launched in 2011, Open Gym Premier (OGP) evolved after a group of passionate former hoopers recognized a lack of quality basketball facilities, programs, events and coaching in the Orange County area.
The idea for Open Gym Premier was developed based on the experiences of Matt Kanne, Miguel Bennett and the entire OGP staff, who carefully evaluated their own careers to help create the ultimate basketball experience.The Open Gym Premier concept has been recognized in business plan competitions and in community circles for its innovation and professionalism.
Open Gym Premier provides camps, club teams, tournaments and training to dedicated basketball players. One of fifteen Jr. NBA Flagship Network Members, OGP has earned a reputation for providing quality coaching and training while also delivering innovative, well-organized events to the basketball community. OGP has expanded significantly since inception and now operates club programs in Anaheim, Irvine, Mission Viejo, Thousand Oaks and Arizona.

Services
Some highlights of our youth camps include: performance training, free throw and shooting contests, 3-on-3 games and 5-on-5 games.
We offer report cards at the end of each camp to track each individual child's performance.
Additionally, we have prizes and awards given out throughout the camps.
Each player must bring their own basketball.
Lunch is not included, but there are weekly hot lunch options available for purchase in our Cafe.

Open Gym Premier's College Placement Service promotes and places athletes to Colleges of all levels nationwide.
Utilizing our diverse network and expertise our mission is to mentor and assist families through the College admission and recruiting process.
We are in constant communication with College Coaches by phone and email targeting their greatest needs.
With our unique and personal approach, we remain directly involved with the athlete and family throughout the entire process.

Medical Release: Pursuant to the provisions of sections 6910 et seq. of the California Family Code, and other applicable laws, I hereby authorize Open Gym Premier Basketball Club to procure and consent to, medical, hospital or dental care for myself or my child in the event of injury as a result of participation in this program.
Waiver and Release of Liability: In consideration of my participation, I hereby release, discharge and covenant not to sue the Open Gym Premier Basketball Club, its officers, employees and volunteers, from any and all present and future claims, demands, actions, or causes of action resulting from any accidents, injuries, deaths, or loss of and/or damage to my/our person(s) or property arising out of or connected with my/our participation in the above activity(ies) (except for claims legally caused by the sole negligence or willful misconduct of Open Gym Premier Basketball Club or others listed above).
