What started out as my medicine 25 years ago has evolved into my passion, truth, and lifestyle today. I've been coaching, teaching and living my philosophy of Mind/Body connection through personal training, athletic training, youth fitness and volunteer work in my community. I started B Fearless Fitness personal training and fitness camps in 2007 and expanded to Maui and Phoenix in 2010.

Here, I get to teach the locals how to create healthy eating habits and to "just get moving." Throughout the past 25 years, I've worked with and been trained by the best. From studying sports medicine and kinesiology in school, to continue taking the refresher course, I stay ahead of the fitness game!

This program is a four-week plan that features a number of advanced training principles designed to lean you out, increase cardio function and burn fat.
That's because, with its intense pacing and active rest periods, it's partly a HIIT cardio routine - just one that also creates long/lean muscle.
NOTE: Stretching may not be the most exciting part of working out, but doing flexibility work is just as important as strength and cardio work for a well-rounded fitness routine.
Incorporating some stretching exercises into your workout schedule will help you improve flexibility, reduce tightness, and ultimately, make your workouts more efficient and safe.
I've been offering my clients a 21 day reset detox for the past 10 years because it gets amazing results for myself and my clients.
Part 1: My mornings sit, some call it meditation, but I just believe that if you get grounded in the mornings and have some clarity, it'll help you with your behaviors and your habits throughout the day - missing word (access) to all my workouts.
A macro/micro diet along with food choices, and suggestions to help you with the reset detox.
I was in a calorie surplus, focusing on my lower body and gaining as much muscle as I can (I guess booty is the new black) But during that surplus I ended up gaining too much weight in all the wrong places and was having major GI problems.
