We have nationally certified Trainers and Coaches to help you take your running to the next level. From weekly group runs to boot camps and monthly speakers, PRG is where the Twin Cities run community comes together. Finished Badwater VR267 last month and gearing up for a few Hundos in 2021. Great gym in SLP for runners and non-runners alike. Quality Woodway treadmills for running as well as cross-training equipment if one wants alternatives.

Owner is knowledgeable, always willing to help and interested in what his members have going on and willing to provide options and alternatives on issues. Gym is welcoming and a great place to hang out if doing recovery or catching up with other members.

Looking to race on trails or in an ultradistance event?
Aaron has coached athletes for the last three years at distances ranging from 5k to 100 miles.
He has the experience of running over 35 races at or beyond the marathon distance including some of the most challenging 100 mile courses in the world.
In pursuit of a new road race PR or tackling a new distance for the first time?
Jacob has helped a wide variety of runners cross the finish line of races ranging from 5k to 26.2 miles.
As someone who has been running for over 10 years and has ran dozens of races, including six at or above the marathon distance, Jacob understands what it takes to successfully complete your next road race.
Our boot camps are developed to unlock your running potential through guided, runner specific strength and mobility training.
Led by our certified coaching staff, these classes are designed to help you run stronger with less risk of injury.
Registration is limited and is open to all- gym membership is not required to attend.
