As a firm believer in entrepreneurship and empowering women, Sereco Campbell started Ambitious One Fitness in 2008 to share her passion and, what she calls, "Fit Life Joy", by empowering people to incorporate fitness into their lifestyle while simultaneously accomplishing their non-fitness life goals. She provides science-driven, personally customized programs that meet the individual needs of every client.

Sereco's specialties include: program design, weight management, body toning, pre and postnatal care, strength conditioning, endurance training and aerobic workouts. Along with her expertise, Sereco is also known for her signature charm and fierce presence that complement her commitment to achieving long-term results. Sereco is a mentor, motivator, and a natural source of positive energy.

In addition to her group classes and personal training, Sereco developed her signature workout program, Sereggae Core Aerobics in memory of her beloved grandmother, Yvonne Tingling Bowen. She drew inspiration from the island of Jamaica, its beautiful people, reggae music, and vibrant dance culture, combining it all with her natural love for fitness.

You Don't Like Gyms and Wish You Could Workout in a Home Setting - You can't get a real workout at home, but you dread going to a gym.
The good news is that a personal trainer can give you an incredible workout at home using all different types of portable workout equipment, including bands, balls or free weights.
In fact, a personal trainer can create a challenging program without any equipment at all using Yoga, Pilates, and other exercises you can do from home.
You don't need a gym full of exercise equipment to get the body of your dreams.
All personal training packages expire exactly three months (90 days) from the date of purchase.
All clients entered in packages will receive before and after photos upon succession of goals.
Booked sessions require a 24-hour mandatory cancellation notice via email or text messaging.
The penalty for insufficient notice is session deemed used.
Flexible scheduling is available weekly upon early request with package members.
Time slots are limited and offered on a first come first serve basis.
All sales are nonrefundable and nontransferable to other parties.
