Our programs are considered "functional body-building" and are designed to maximize fat loss and improve overall body composition. Our nutrition programs are specifically designed to support your goals and to deliver results much faster than working out alone possibly could. You will be coached through our scientifically designed programs to ensure that you are maximizing your results each time you visit our facility.

Cannon Fitness and Performance is by far the best gym I've been to. The coaches are amazing. They each have their own unique background that gives a full range of knowledge for their athletes. The community at cannon is tight. The people at the gym are inclusive and support one another. After moving to Houston from NYC, I took my time to visit over 10 boxes in the area before choosing Cannon.

The professionalism of the coaching, mixed with the 'team' atmosphere is what sold me. Being a former college athlete, I am really picky about having supportive coaches who know how to push you, but also know the line of correct form and professionalism.

We specialize in body transformations, and the best way to achieve those results FAST is one-on-one personal training.
These times are flexible to your schedule and can be 30 minutes, or 60 minutes, depending on your needs.
