Located near I-675, our newly upgraded facility features climbing ropes, three 24' foot ROGUE rigs, 50+ Rogue barbells, 10 Assault bikes, 20 Concept 2 rowers, and 10,000 square feet of training space making us Dayton's hottest fitness complex.
You'll love training in our facility, but you'll also love our convenient waiting area and swanky new lockers, dedicated mobility zone, modern restrooms and change rooms to freshen up post workout.
