Battle Fitness was named to recognize each person's individual battle in fitness and in life. We recognize each person walks through the door with different goals, different starting points, and different obstacles. We wanted to create a place that welcomed all levels of fitness with mad respect that each of them came ready for change and make their lives better through fitness and health.

Battle Fitness is a 24 hour member access facility giving as much or as little guidance as our members need.
Upon signing up to any membership, you will receive a key fob that grants you access to the facility and/or classes based on which membership option you decide to go with!

Well to be more anything, you just have to do a little more than you did last week!

The Fit3D Proscanner captures a full 360 degree image of the human body, then automatically extracts specific circumference, height, volume, and length measurements.
Body scan and measurements are private.
You can choose who will see your images.
If you decide to invite your coach/trainer to your account then you can decide if you want them to see measurements only or see your scans as well.
Repeat the scan in 4-6 weeks to compare your measurements and guage your progress.
From losing weight to building muscle the 3D scans can show you how your body is changing with your fitness and diet routine.

We utilize high intensity and low rest times without sacrificing form.
By the end of the week, you will have worked your entire body and can be content in reaching your goals.
