Of course the work is yours but the support, encouragement, and tribe of like minded women is ALL Max! A member for over a year my life has improved greatly. The staff is amazing and this women owned gym is proof when women get together WE are unstoppable! Max Fitness has changed my life! I started a year ago with personal training because I was so ashamed of my body and embarrassed to take a group class.
However, after completing a few of their challenges I gained the confidence to take the group classes! The variety of the classes (Spin, PiYo and TRX are my faves) along with the time frame of when classes makes it so I have NO excuse to exercise!
