As a professional Fitness Coach my main goal is guiding people towards a healthier lifestyle. Growing up playing sports and being an athlete throughout my childhood led me to become involved with the fitness industry. In my early twenties I lost touch with being physically fit and gained about 30 pounds. It was at this moment I knew I had let myself go and needed to make a change!
This happened when I was attending Cal. State Fullerton studying to attain my Bachelors Degree in Kinesiology, with a concentration in Strength and Conditioning. From this moment on I have been fully involved with creating this new fitness lifestyle for myself and others. I have been in the industry for over 6 years now professionally. As well as helped HUNDREDS of clients lose weight, get stronger and be more confident.
Utilizing my knowledge to educate all of my clients, teaching them how to create this new lifestyle for a healthier version of themselves. Everybody is unique; each with their own strengths and limitations.
