Shay has been connected to sports and fitness since childhood. Having discovered basketball at a young age, Shay never missed a day of 5 hour basketball practices, ultimately leading to an offer to play Professional Basketball in Israel. In between several years of playing both Professional and Semi-Professional Basketball, Shay also served in the Israeli Army.

After his service, Shay completed his Bachelor's degree in Physical Edicuation, became a Certified Fitness Trainer and a Certified Nutrition Advisor. With over 12 years of experience as an elite fitness trainer, Shay developed a unique method of training that is known for generating impressive results in weight loss, muscle mass gain, improvements in posture & movement and general health.

As C.E.O. of Shay Fitness as well as the founding trainer, Shay loves his occupation and is genuinely proud of his clients' success. Shay has first-hand experience with the physical demands of being both a soldier as well as a professional athlete and he uses his experience to push his clients to their own physical limits, with exceptional results.

I believe that exercise is nature's best medicine, and like any fundamentally sound body, you can't progress without a stable core.
Therefore, I hold a high emphasis on core training to ensure safe, effective, and fun progressions.
Because every"body" is unique, progressions will be different for everyone.
