Whether you are an experienced yogi or a brand-new practitioner, we have a class that will suit your practice. Intro to Yoga, Vinyasa, Gentle Flow, Restorative Yoga and more is offered every week at Fitness Crossroad. One-on-one attention and motivation from our knowledgeable and goal-oriented trainers will help you achieve your fitness goals. Personalized instruction in a variety of fun formats.

Small group training combines the benefits of working with a trainer, with the fun and energy of a group class. Kettlebell, TRX, Heavy Ropes, Barre and more are offered every week at the club. Whether you are a marathon runner or just stepping into running, Run Club offers support, encouragement, camaraderie and focused training. This year-round group runs outside, weather permitting, and on the treadmills when necessary.

Kids are an important part of our community. Parents rave about our warm, welcoming childcare program and wonderful staff. Beyond offering fantastic care to your kids while you work out, we have fun kids fitness classes, summer camps and a monthly Parents Night Out!

Fitness Crossroad is a full-service, locally-owned fitness center.
We offer cardio and strength equipment, group fitness and yoga classes taught by experienced and highly trained instructors, innovative and results-oriented personal and small group training, fun kid classes and programming plus much more.
While we have many of the same amenities of a bigger gym, we are proud to be more than just a health club -- we are a community.

CONVENIENCE: The more convenient the club's location is to either your home or your office, the more likely you will be to use it.
STAFF: Is the staff is available to answer questions, or show you how to operate a piece of equipment?
And ask whether the trainers and instructors are certified through a nationally recognized certification organization.
EQUIPMENT: Equipment selection is important.
Make sure you join the club that provides the equipment and services that will have the best chance of helping you reach YOUR fitness goals.
