Whether you're just starting out or a seasoned champion, Trailhead Athletics has a fitness program for you. Our team of trainers offers highly supervised, fun & challenging group workouts, personal training, and combinations of both. Your body is the tool that fuels your outdoor pursuits and that is where Trailhead is different than CrossFit, Boot Camp and most other gyms.

All of our trainers are accomplished athletes in a variety of sports but most importantly for you they bring a wealth of professional and academic experience to their work as trainers.
They love what they do every day and it shows in their attention to detail, motivation and effective leadership styles on the gym floor.
Jackie Lind knows a thing or two about training and has been working as a trainer and group exercise instructor since the late 1990's.
Jackie brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to our team.

Offering group workouts, personal training, and combinations of both, we can help craft a program that will not only provide you with a dedicated team of proven trainers, but also a calculated fitness schedule to help encourage positive results.
A requirement for most new Trailheaders, the Compass Class is a one on one training session that sets the direction for your training.
Before moving to Bellingham I was co-owner of Body & Soul Health and Fitness in Vancouver, BC (Vancouver's largest studio).
With several personal training certifications (ACE, ACSM, BCRPA) and 20 years of professional training experience, I expanded my knowledge base from competitive cycling and took a certification as a USCF Expert Level cycling coach & and run both group and individual mountain bike workshops each year.

After a full summer of activities and travel, now is the time to join Trailhead as we get back to a regular routine of strength training.
