A: Our clients are able to invest in 5, 10, or 20 session programs at a time based on their fitness needs.
A: An entire body assessment, from imbalances to flexibility, to compositional measurements - followed by an exercise routine and completed with facilitated stretching and bodywork on a treatment table.
During your off times outside Check On It, you'll have a specific exercise routine to enhance your results.
We can also make certain nutrition suggestions to aid in body composition improvements.
