Although it's sad to close the doors of one of our locations, we are undergoing construction projects at our main location so that your new gym awaits you once we are able to see our #FitFam in-person again. Camie Cragg-Lyman's e-books are designed for home, gym or hotel workouts that can be supplemental to what you are already doing or be a HIIT workout that lasts only 20-30 minutes.

Camie gained inspiration came from training with mentor, Max McManus, after a freak accident broke her back at 15 years old. She was told that if she had more muscle around her spine the break would not have happened. She used the information to become a stronger woman, high school athlete, collegiate athlete, NSL Pro Beach Bikini athlete and now personal trainer, mom of two boys and wife.

Throughout her journey to CCF, Camie has approached each career move with the same passion and vigor in which she runs CCF now. She puts emotion, passion and energy towards everyone and everything around her. Nina and Camie's collaborative cookbook, Abs Are Made In The Kitchen | The Essential Fitness Cookbook is now available for purchase at both CCF gym locations.

These large setting group classes are here to provide positivity, motivation, encouragement and the proper tools/methods to help each individual achieve all their fitness goals to help them live a happier and healthier life.
SWITCH is a 60-minute boot camp style class.
It is month to month, so there is no contract or extra fees.
All SWITCH classes include trainers and clients with high energy and high tempo music (160bpm) to get you motivated and in high spirits.
Each class can consist of 3-30 people and will include all activity levels so everyone is welcome!
Camie Cragg Fitness is extremely unique in that we believe whole heartedly in what we do, exude positive energy, inspire through every action, encourage, uplift and motivate every person that comes to us for our expertise in the Health & Fitness industry.
When you couple all of that with proven programs that flat out get results, what you have is a training facility unlike any other!
Owner Camie Cragg personally ensures that every Fitness Trainer and Staff Member of CCF radiates with that same belief in every area.
1-3 people will share an hour in the same environment yet will train separate based upon each individual's goals.
These sessions are personally scheduled with the trainer of choice that lasts about 60 minutes.
When one chooses to do semi-private training, they will consult with a trainer about personal goals, timelines, do their initial body assessment and much more to reach their optimal physique.
One may choose to train two, three, four or even five times a week for the month to obtain the strength, gains and weight loss that they seek.
4-15 people in a group training at the same time with the same exercises that are structured per instructor within the desired hour.
The group training is a high demand style of training due to the fact that energy is built into the session with all the bodies pushing one another to get to their optimal performance.
