Gabe and Elizabeth Valdez began their health journey in 2008. When we met, Gabe was very sick and did not know which way to turn. We were determined to help Gabe reach the healthy life he deserved and longed for. Over the years we met many doctors, naturopaths, and chiropractors who shared bits of knowledge and helped us reach our goals. Each new journey was a piece of the puzzle to restore Gabe's health.

In 2011 we were so moved and changed by what we experienced that we began our journey with life coaching, nutrition, and personal training. Gabe's passion turned more towards body work and in 2013 he began developing his own technique. We opened our own facility and have grown exponentially since inception. In 2015 Gabe named his technique and started implementing it 100% with his clients.

We have built a fully functioning fitness and wellness center. Elizabeth focuses on Nutrition and Wellness Counseling, Corrective/ Rehabilitative exercise, and Functional Training. We work together to bring the best possible result to our clients.

Gabe and I work synergistically focusing on the total person.
We start our clients on a healthy lifestyle plan that is easy to follow, but also maximizes results for their individual health needs.
Within the first two sessions our clients are scheduled for a total body alignment focusing on releasing the muscles, nerves, visceral tissues, and/or skeletal structure.
The client will receive a full body evaluation and be given a plan of action.
In subsecuent sessions we focus on corrective exercise, functional movement patterns and rehabilitation.
Remember, just as your car drives better when it is aligned; a properly balanced musculo-skeletal system functions optimally when in balance.
Rehabilitative and Corrective exercise are used to bring the muscles into balance so they are working with you and not against you.
Programs are designed specifically for each client to restore posture and strengthen weakened areas of the body.
This type of exercise brings the body back to a neutral posture.
You want your body to be in a balanced state, relieving stress off of bones and joints, therefore reducing the risk for injury.
This is your opportunity to share your story with others while you have worked with us.
Whether your journey is related to losing weight, pain management, hormonal imbalances, diabetes or just overall health.
It is inspiring to others to know what they can accomplish on their journey.
Through your story others learn they don't have to be in pain, have digestive issues, lose sleep, have high blood pressure or cholesterol, infertility issues, or behavioral and learning issues etc.

Eating whole nutrient rich foods allows the body to function the way God intended.
God created our body as a temple and we should treat it that way.
We only get this body once, so lets treat it the best way we can.
There is no such thing as a one size fits all nutrition plan.
However there is a "one size fits all" plan for eating the right kinds of foods.
A good rule of thumb is if you don't know how to pronounce an ingredient, it probably does not belong in your body.
So stick to the foods you know because your body will know them too.
In this segment I will show you how to create meals that are not only healthy, but meals that are fun and delicious!
Many of these meals are allergen free, otherwise they will note what they contain and their substitutions.
One thing I have learned over the years is, a healthy meal does not have to be boring!
Each one of these meals were created personally by me.
