Liftcamp is a semi-private group training program that focuses on providing the accessibility and fun of group training in a setting that compromises as little as possible from pure one to one strength training.
By limiting these class sizes to just four people, the attention and detail of private training is still retained.
Liftcamp classes are designed with progress in mind.
Our "Camps" are six week commitments with two training phases.
Each camp you experience will be completely unique and prepare you for the next.
