Here at DioAmore you'll find a wide range of group dance and fitness classes (we can teach 20 styles)! And our fitness classes are designed to create a well-rounded and balanced fitness regimen that produces RESULTS!

Services
Our group class sessions are each 4-weeks long (unless otherwise noted).
Any of our non-partnered classes, such as the Fitness classes, Line Dancing, and beginning adult tap and ballet, etc are drop-in classes, which means you can come and go any time (of course there is always a benefit to consistency in any program, but if you miss a day or week(s), you will still do fine in the class).
The partnered Dance classes, however, are progressive; each class building one upon the other.
Similar to a college course, students would not want to join in, in the middle of a session, nor miss many classes otherwise they would fall behind the rest of the class.
Group fitness classes are ongoing, however, our membership period runs on regular 4-week schedules as noted on the calendar.
Fitness classes are all drop-in classes, which means you can come and go any time (of course there is always a benefit to consistency in any fitness program, but if you miss a day or week(s), you will still do fine in the class).
As with all of our group classes, you will only pay for classes you are committing to attend within the given session.
We will never ask you to sign a 1-3 year contract like other fitness places.
Before you show up for classes, here are ALL the things you probably want to know before you step through our door.

1. Choose joy when you are here.
Leave negativity out the door.
Bring your kindness, generosity, happiness, joy, positivity, love, encouragement, friendliness, support and fun to the table.
If you're unwilling to do any one of those things, this probably isn't the studio for you.
The do's and don'ts of dance class time!
How to avoid the social faux pas of the dance class and be everybody's favorite face in the studio.

If you were sweating during your day and are not so fresh, consider showering before showing up.

Don't only brush your teeth, but also BRUSH YOUR TONGUE!
A lot of bad bacteria live on the tongue and it isn't enough to just brush your teeth to get rid of that bad breath, you need to brush your tongue too!
Dress for the occasion.
When going out, generally most people dress up to some extent.
