As a Sports Nutritionist and Exercise Physiologist for the last 5 years, Gunny has built a multi-phase nutrition system to get you the best results possible in the shortest amount of time. I had just gotten out of a wheelchair and was very dependent on a cane. I also weighed 300lbs. Today I am walking without any assistance and weigh 230lbs. I know that I have some of the success, but Gunny is the constant motivation for me to continue to go to the gym and keep up the diet.
