Trey's primary focus is working with others to help them achieve their goals as Director of Personal Training at TitanzFitness. Fitness has always been a part of Derek's life. With over 20 years experience in the fitness arena, his career has granted him an invaluable knowledge of the industry.

My vision for Titanz Fitness & Nutrition is truly multi-faceted.
Having been in the health and fitness industry of over 25 years, I have traveled throughout the country and have been to hundreds of gyms and training facilities.
I've tried to incorporate the positive aspects of a great gyms/training facilities into Titanz Fitness & Nutrition.
You can do personal training here with a Titanz Fitness professional without a membership.
Some great types of workouts you can do here are weight lifting/training, Plyometric, kettle bell, powerlifting, agility, band, core and functional.
Daniel Stuckart is a master trainer/ nutritionist who founded Titanz Fitness & Nutrition.
Daniel has been training for over 25 years.
He has a passion for health and fitness and dedicated his life to help others improve theirs.
Daniel Stuckart has worked with a varied clientele throughout his career.
He specializes in 12 week transformations.
Daniel will not only train them in a variety of techniques that are fun and results orientated but will also do their nutrition, cardio and workout plan to achieve optimum results.
9 Years in private practice (personal gyms, professional sports training, corporate training, boot camp, youth training, & boxing).
General Fitness : weight loss, toning endurance/conditioning, and correct form in weight training.
Strength and conditioning training : Sculpting, development of muscle mass, increasing endurance and maximizing strength.
Nutrition and wellness: Education of a healthier way of eating and making it a way of life.
Maintain a healthy lifestyle, improve quality of Life and Achieve long term health.
Rachel Reich is originally from Illinois and was very athletic growing up participating in many sports.
After graduating high school Rachel went to Cosmetology school where she graduated with honors.
She worked for the Loreal Corporation as a Regional Training Educator.
She traveled throughout the country for over four years teaching and educating hundreds of corporate employees.
She had a passion for helping people and teaching so she decided to follow her passion and became a certified personal trainer and group fitness instructor.
I've always been active my whole life.
I grew up playing soccer and softball.
In my twenties and thirties I was always in the gym.
I met my husband in 2004.
We had our beautiful daughter in 2007.
Unfortunately, she had to undergo two open heart surgeries as a baby for Congenital Heart Defects.
I have to admit, I let myself go.
There was no gym, no eating right, a ton of stress and with that came an ample amount of weight gain.
I told myself I was not worried about myself, just my daughter and so it continued for years.
