You all know Julian as an energetic, insanely fit and really friendly member of CrossFit Malibu. He is about to take all of his abilities, hard work, and positive attitude into the US Air Force. From World Record-holding athletes to 84-year-olds, we help all fitness levels and ages.

Services
The stimulus is simple today, but the MB clean is sneakily complex.
Use the warm-up to practice this movement so that your "in WOD" reps are smooth and efficient.
Take the MB cleans in manageable unbroken sets.
Think steady sets of 20 reps or so.
Then, run hard with the medball.
You'll turn right out of the gate, run back to The Hut (feel free to do this whole WOD out front) and get on with another set of MB cleans.
For some this is a day to simply practice a new skill, become more comfortable, and get some reps of split jerk.
For over a decade, we have been training local Malibu clients of all ages from all walks of life.
All of our coaches are certified in CrossFit and hold Sports Medicine degrees from Pepperdine University.
Whatever your benchmarks and goals are, we help you reach them AND go beyond what you think is possible.
CrossFit is not a one-and-done workout; it is a full fitness program that incorporates olympic lifts, calisthenics, and gymnastics.
In order to get the most out of our program, we provide newcomers a 5-session introduction course to ensure your success in group classes.

We have worked with a number of people with significant injuries.
All workouts can be scaled to account for someone's injury or lack of mobility.
Many of our athletes have found relief from back, knee, and neck pain by strengthening the muscles that support these areas.
All too often people neglect exercising due to a previous injury creating a situation where they are more susceptible re-injuring the affected area.
We have found that CrossFit provides people with an increase in strength and mobility that acts a buffer to future injury.
We are located less than one mile from the Malibu Pier, right between the Santa Monica Mountains and the Pacific Ocean.
From PCH, head north on Cross Creek Road and continue straight.
Pass the stop sign at Civic Center Way.
Parallel park somewhere on Cross Creek Road-and walk back into the yard at 3728.
CrossFit Malibu, "the Hut, " is 50 meters from the gate on Cross Creek Road.
We are located directly across from the playground in the Whole Foods lot and in the same yard as Roy Brothers Drilling, Hart Electric and Mosser Plumbing.
