Oxford Adventure Boot Camp is a four week outdoor/indoor fitness program that offers fitness instruction, nutritional counseling and motivational training - packed with fun and energizing activities designed to help you reach your fitness goals.Whether you want to lose weight to fit into those skinny jeans, shed the extra pounds from a pregnancy or just get fit for yourself and your loved ones, this is the program for you!

Services
A four-week outdoor program of fitness instruction, nutritional counseling and motivational training.
You will be inspired and have fun while participating in a fantastic workout led by Certified Adventure Boot Camp Coach, Director, and Owner, Kendall Gregory.
Each day, camp will be one hour in length.
Start times vary at each camp.
NOBODY will be left behind or asked to complete more than they are capable of doing safely.
Nor will anybody go home unchallenged!
Women of all ages and abilities are welcome to participate.
OABC is pleased to bring Stroller Fit classes to Oxford!
Stroller Fit is a 60-minute outdoor total body workout with intervals of body toning and cardio taught by Kendall Gregory, a certified instructor.
Modifications for all levels with options to power-walk or run - all fitness levels are welcome!
Whether you are a new mom or an already active mom, this class will challenge you to get in shape and stay in shape.
Realizing that moms at all stages are looking to target and combat post-childbirth problem areas, this all-inclusive program combines three-weekly small group classes of mixed intensity interval training (MIIT) and before and after fitness assessments/measurements if requested.
To maximize your results at Oxford Adventure Boot Camp, it is vitally important that you learn to eat well.
The best results that people see are by combining a great exercise program (Oxford Boot Camp) and good nutrition.
