EO Holistic
I use massage to bring healing to overworked muscle, muscle injury, or general muscle tightness and discomfort, using a combination of shiatsu, deep-tissue/sports, Swedish, and myofascial release techniques. I also offer chair massage. I am a Lisenced Massage Therapist (LMT) and an Identified National Provider, so many insurance plans cover my massage services.

As people age, they may start to lose strength and balance, which affects their ability to enjoy everyday life. I offer modified yoga and cardio dance classes to help mature people achieve mobility and balance. Depending on the group, classes can be in a chair, at a wall, involve stronger cardio, or include ballet or "era" dance steps, such as Box Step, The Stroll, or Charleston.

I have 25 years experience working with mature individuals, teaching in senior living, nursing, and country club centers throughout greater Boston. I provide individual and group martial arts, yoga, and dance instruction, to help people of all ages find joy and strength in both movement and stillness.
Services
What is the difference between Eastern and Western massage?
In the U.S., most people seek out deep tissue, Swedish or relaxation massages.
These types of Western massages work the muscles, using circular movements and kneading to promote healing and relaxation.
Eastern massage, on the other hand, is focused on restoring optimal energy flow throughout the body.
Eastern massages include Shiatsu, Ayurvedic and Thai yoga massage.
Eastern medicine practices are based on the theory that all of the body's organs mutually support each other.
