Vargus Fitness is a Long Island, New York personal and group training center owned by Michael Vargus who has over 20 years experience in strength and conditioning training and personal and group training. Vargus Fitness trainers hold personal and group certifications in ISSA, NSCA, ACE and Exercise Science degrees. We work with people who have diverse health and fitness needs - from athletes, to people who simply want to lose weight, to people living with conditions like diabetes.
We also perform assessments and design individual programs for clients. Our clients become our family and each one knows we take their goals as seriously as our own.

During you Free Consultation, you will be evaluated on your fitness level by a professional personal fitness trainer.
A $30 charge will be placed on hold on your credit card.

We also tailor the workouts depending on the exercise equipment you have available.
Whether you have access to a full gym, no equipment at all or somewhere in between we can design a program to meet your needs.
